Stay

Our prices are established according to the period of use of the services, type of accommodation and number of occupants. Changes in booking dates, number of people or type of accommodation, will cause changes in prices.

Not included: consummation in the restaurant and sushi bar, massages, yoga classes, or other extra activities. The stay starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 12 p.m., in case there is an interest in arriving in advance or leaving late, there will be an additional charge. The request for this extension must be made at least 24 hours in advance for the availability check.

Reservation

Only from the payment of the first installment the reservation is assured. Should there be a need to cancel or change the reservation, the client must communicate in writing to Pousada All Moons, not being accepted cancellation or change by phone. In accordance with legal provisions in general, and in particular with the provisions of Embratur Normative Resolution 161/95, cancellation or alteration will be subject to the collection of fees and fines according to the conditions below.

Change of booking dates

Any difference in price between one period and another will be charged. If there is availability at the Pousada All Moons for the new requested date, the following deadlines should be observed for the request to change dates:

  • High season, 15 days in advance of the date of entry (no changes will be made in Christmas, New Year and Carnival packages);
  • Low season, 07 days in advance of the date of entry.

If it is not possible to change dates, you may be asked to cancel the reservation according to the following conditions.

Cancellation of individual reservations (except extended holidays, New Year and Carnival)

Requested with up to 15 days in advance of the start of the package or daily, will be refunded the total amount paid by discounting the cancellation and refund fee. If the period of 15 days is not respected, there will be a fine, as shown in the following table:

  • between 14 and 05 days, will be charged 30% of the amount paid;
  • between 04 days until the beginning of the package or daily, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.

Cancellation of individual reservations for New Year, Carnival and long holidays

Requested within 15 days prior to the start of the package, the total amount paid will be refunded by discounting the cancellation and refund fee. If the period of 15 days is not respected, there will be a fine, as shown in the following table:

  • between 14 and 07 days will be charged 40% of the amount paid;
  • between 06 days and the beginning of the package, will be charged 100% of the amount paid.

Cancellation of reservation for groups and events

Requested with 30 days or more of the beginning of the package, there will be a penalty of 10% of the amount hitherto paid and refund of the remainder of the amount. After this deadline, there will be a collection according to the following table:

  • between 29 and 21 days, 20% of the package price will be charged;
  • between 20 and 07 days, 40% of the package price will be charged. - Between 06 and the beginning of the package, 100% of the package value will be charged.

Cancellation without cancellation - "no show"

Non-attendance, without prior written communication, on the estimated date of arrival will be considered at the show (withdrawal without cancellation), with retention of 100% of the amount paid.

Withdrawal after entry

The withdrawal of stay after the entry or withdrawal of any service included in the package, will not give right to any type of refund, causing the total loss of the amount paid for the package. As well as early departure will not entitle you to cash reimbursement or credit on new nights.

Animals

We are inserted in an ecological reserve, any animal strange to our environment represents a potential risk to wild animals. Respecting the norms of health surveillance, municipal and state laws that prohibit animals on beaches and hotels, we do not accept animals brought by guests, and the client is liable for the noncompliance with this rule.
