RULES AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONTodas as Luas Hotel / Beach Lodge

Stay

We are in compliance with the term of use of the services, type of accommodation and number of ocupants.

Changes in the dates of reservation, number of person or type of accommodation, will result in.

Not included: Restaurant consumption, massages, yoga classes and other extras.

The check in is at 2:00 p.m. and the check out at 12:00.

If there is interest in advance check in or late check out, there will be an additional fee. The request for this extension must be made at least 24 hours before for an availability check.


Reservation

Only from the payment of the first installment will the reservation be assured.

Should there be a need to cancel or change the reservation, the client must communicate in writing to Todas as Luas, we can not accepted cancellation or change by telephone.

In accordance with legal determinations in general, in particular, as Embratur Normative Resolution document 161/95, the cancellation or alteration of accounting and rates.


Changing reservation data

You will be entitled to only 1 (one) change of data per reservation.

There will be a possible price difference between one period and another.

If there is availability at the Todas as Luas for the new requested date, the following deadlines must be observed for a request to change data:

High season December to February: 14 days in advance of check-in.

(Not done in Christmas, New Year and Carnival packages).

Low season: 07 days before the check-in.

Exceeding the deadline stated above that precedes the check-in, can not be made.


Cancellation of individual reservations

Requested 14 days in advance of the beginning of the package or daily, be refunded payment by discounting the cancellation and refund fee.

The deadline for reimbursement of 7 business days from the cancellation request and the return of the email by e-mail and bank details of the responsible for reservation.

If the period of 14 days is not respected, you will lose the right to a refund.


Cancellation of individual reservations for New Year, Carnival and long holidays

Requested 14 days in advance of the start of the package, be refunded the payment by discounting the cancellation and refund fee.

The deadline for reimbursement of 7 business days from the cancellation request and the return of The email by e-mail and bank details of the responsible for reservation.

If the period of 14 days is not respected, you will lose the right to a refund.


Cancellation of reservation for groups and events

Requested with 30 days or more of the beginning of the package, there will be a penalty of 10% of the payment and refund of the remainder of the amount.

The deadline for reimbursement of 7 days from the e-mail and bank details of the responsible for reservation.

If the deadline of 30 days is not respected, you will lose the right to a refund.


Cancellation without cancellation - "NO SHOW"

Non-attendance, without written communication, at the expected date of launch, shall be considered NO SHOW (withdrawal without cancellation), with retention of 100% of the amount paid.


Giving up after Check in

There is no refund of the cancellation of the stay after check-in.
